Information you submit yourself: your name, email, optional phone, optional organization and role, your questionnaire answers, and any message you send us. We also record which page a submission came from and campaign parameters present in the URL.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, recommend the right program or solution, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Children
We do not ask children to submit information through this website. Where a program involves a learner under the age of majority, enrolment details are provided by a parent or guardian.
Storage
Submissions are stored in our secured backend. Access is limited to Maple Mind Academy staff who need it to respond to you or operate your program.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will action it.
