Hands assembling fabricated and electronic components onto a robot frame

This is the room.

Benches, printers, electronics and robots that do not work yet: the lab every program is proven in.

The bench

Tools out. Robot half-built.

Every session starts at a bench: hand tools, wire, motor drivers and a robot that does not work yet. That is the point.

Close-up of hands using a hex screwdriver on an orange 3D-printed bracket
Colourful robotics parts and materials laid out on a workshop table
Fabrication

Printers running. Brackets curing.

Learners design mounts, spacers and adapters on CAD, then watch the geometry become plastic they can bolt to a chassis.

Boy with a backpack leaning in to look inside an enclosed 3D printer
Instructor holding a 3D-printed part while a girl with a sketchbook watches beside a printer
Children gathered at a desk picking up white 3D-printed pieces next to a printer
Two children with backpacks peering into an enclosed 3D printer, one making a peace sign
Open house

Families, schools, first builds.

Open houses and school workshops run in the same room as weekly tracks: same benches, same standard, shorter format.

Two boys kneeling at the edge of a floor field watching two wheeled robots near a goal
Boy in glasses focused on a phone controller while standing between classroom desks
Children gathered around a floor robot soccer pitch while instructors supervise the match
Boy resting his chin on his hand and listening thoughtfully as an instructor looks on
Young girl walking across a gym floor as classmates holding certificates line the wall
Instruction

Instructors on the floor.

Demonstrations, drone intros and circuit walkthroughs happen beside the build, not from the front of a lecture hall.

Zones in the lab

Bench highlights

Fabrication loop

From CAD file to bolted bracket.

Drag through a typical print cycle, the same loop learners run when a custom part is faster than waiting for kit spares.
