Maple Mind Academy is a trade name under The Designers Club Inc. Throughout this document, the term “Maple Mind Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to The Designers Club Inc. operating under the Maple Mind Academy brand. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using our website, services, programs, or any materials provided by Maple Mind Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, schools, and educators. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for students, educators, schools, and institutions. Individuals under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Services Provided
We offer educational services including robotics camps, long-term programs, hybrid learning, school partnerships, instructor training, and robotics lab design and installation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, trademarks, curriculum, lesson plans, and designs provided by Maple Mind Academy are the intellectual property of The Designers Club Inc. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payment for services must be made in accordance with agreed terms at registration. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request or on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maple Mind Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or data breaches.
7. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maple Mind Academy and The Designers Club Inc. from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
